Apart from the Industrial Disputes Act, Minimum Wages and other rules governing the employment of Labour and Running of Industry, you need clearances/permissions/licenses from

  • MOEF
  • PESO
  • DMS
  • DMG of your state
  • IBM in the case of Major Minerals
